Because Service Partners enter homes to deliver services and receive payments from Us, We collect additional information required to verify identity, establish trust and make payouts:
You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may prevent You from creating an Account, being verified, receiving job assignments or receiving payouts, or may otherwise limit Your ability to use features of the Service.
Payments for services booked through the Application are processed by third-party payment processors, including Easebuzz. When You make a payment, You provide Your payment details (such as card, UPI, net-banking or wallet information) directly to the payment processor, and its use of Your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers or equivalent sensitive payment credentials on Our servers. We retain a record of each transaction, such as an order reference, amount, status, date and the related booking. For Service Partners, We store the bank account details described above for the purpose of making payouts.
For Service Partners, We collect identity documents (such as Aadhaar and PAN) and their images in order to verify identity, conduct background and eligibility checks, prevent fraud and impersonation, comply with applicable law, and maintain the safety of Customers whose homes are serviced. These documents are treated as sensitive information, access is restricted to authorized personnel and Service Providers who assist with verification, and they are stored using access controls and, where practicable, encryption.
With Your prior permission, We collect location information from Your Device:
Depending on Your Device and settings, location may be approximate (for example, derived from Your IP address or PIN code) or precise (for example, GPS coordinates). The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's servers, or stored on Your Device. You can enable or disable location access at any time through Your Device settings; disabling it may reduce the accuracy of matching and attendance features or make them unavailable.
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type and model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, app version, mobile network information, the features and pages of the Service You use, the time and date of Your use, the time spent on those features, crash data, and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
If You enable notifications, We and Our notification Service Providers process a push notification identifier associated with Your Device so that We can send You alerts about one-time passwords, bookings, visits, schedule changes, payments, promotions and other Service-related communications. You can disable push notifications through Your Device settings.
To deliver one-time passwords and transactional messages, We share Your mobile number with Our SMS Service Provider. Delivery status and related metadata may be processed to monitor deliverability and prevent abuse.

We may need to verify Your identity before acting on a request, and We may decline requests where an exception or legal obligation applies. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.
Our Service may give You the ability to delete certain information about You from within the Service, and to delete Your Account from the Application's account settings.
You may also request deletion of Your Account and associated Personal Data by contacting Us by email at info@quikzee.com from the email address or with the mobile number linked to Your Account. After We verify Your request, We will delete or anonymize Your Personal Data within a reasonable period, except where We are permitted or required to retain it (for example, transaction and tax records, identity-verification records, fraud-prevention data, or data needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements), and except for residual copies held in backups until they are overwritten on our regular schedule.

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent where required, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.
If We need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing Your information and Your country requires consent from a parent, We may require Your parent's consent before We collect and use that information.
